Entering Super Max

Super Max is between 5 and 6 miles downstream from the put-in of the river. It can be scouted on river left.

You can see the boater takes a river left line and is about to go in between the undercut rock and the river left bank. The undercut rock just to the left of the kayaker (river right of him) has often flipped boaters and left them trying to roll up before the final drop. At higher levels this rock is covered by water.
