September Canoe and Kayak Festivals

September is one of the best months for Paddling Festivals.  The East Coast features the largest Whitewater Festival in the World, known as Gauley Fest which features some of West Virginia's best whitewater.  On the other side of the country, California will feature the American River Festival.
