July Whitewater and Paddling Festivals

Let's take a look at the upcoming paddling festivals for the month of July. Right now I know of three festivals going on this month, all of which are happening on the east coast.

• The Potomac Whitewater Festival, July 11-12: Great Falls, MD
• The Black River Festival, July 18: Watertown, NY
• The Deefield River Festival, July 25: Charlemont, MA
